	HIPAASays™ is distributed directly and through resellers and independent representatives. We have made it very attractive for Reps, Resellers, and Market Development Executives (MDEs) to succeed. Reps receive a commission on gross sales. Resellers receive a discount for volume commitment and can private label the product. MDEs receive a commission on gross sales for recruiting and managing reps in a geography. Sales are by cash and credit card so commissions are paid within 10 business days. We also offer marketing/selling assistance through advertising, direct mail, phone support, customer database, centralized ordering and exclusivity for targeted leads/markets. Reps/resellers can offer discounts to associations who recommend the product and provide access to their membership (often thousands of customers). HIPAASays™ is competitively priced versus our top 20 competitors who offer incomplete or confusing solutions and do not have our endorsements and customer base. We believe that HIPAASays™ can become the de facto standard and capture upwards of 20% market share.
